Professional (CSP) designations and is Qu?bec Chairman of the Canadian Society for Industrial Security. Mr. Keyes also has extensive experience with the administration of long-term health care facilities.
François Chénier, Senior Consultant
François Chénier is a graduated in Police Technology, in addition to having completed three years of law at McGill University, as well as numerous police courses, with more than 30 years experience as a police officer with the Montreal Police Department. He has extensive experience in criminal investigations and is a senior security consultant on government projects, commercial facilities, universities and corporations. Mr. Chénier also has more than ten years experience as a Police Technology instructor and trainer.
